Hand sewing is a real-life skill and a costume/design superpower. Learn the stitches that make repairs, finishing, and detail work look clean and intentional.

We’ll cover:

  • Threading needles + knotting methods

  • Running stitch, backstitch, whipstitch, ladder stitch

  • Buttons + snaps + hooks/eyes

  • Basic hand hemming

  • Simple mending + reinforcing seams

  • Choosing needles/thread for different fabrics

Please park in the back parking lot and enter through the Rebel Threads door (basement entrance). We’ll meet in the Rebel Threads business space and walk up to the classroom space together.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
