QUESTIONS

What counts as open studio time?
Any time you're in the studio using machines, workspaces, or equipment during posted open studio hours. Hours are tracked in 30-minute increments.

Do studio hours roll over?
No — unused hours expire at the end of your billing month. Use them.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and your benefits continue through the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Is the Founding Maker tier still available?
Check at the top of this page — we'll note when seats are gone. Once it closes, it's closed (or the rate changes).
